We love working with NGO’s and so when approached by the Tomorrow’s Leaders in Training (TLT) Programme team to rebrand their organisation, we jumped at the chance to pitch for the project. Our team won the pitch and then rolled up our sleeves and got to work on creating a brand new corporate identity for this NGO that does incredible work in schools to equip teenagers with the leadership skills needed to change our nation.
Before we put our design tools to work, we conducted a branding workshop with the TLT Team to understand their organisation a little better and to facilitate a ‘dreaming session’ with them around what the next 10 years will look like for them. We discussed goals, objectives, brand persona among other components vital to establishing a brand’s architecture and then we took the findings from this workshop and developed a brand repositioning document. We then began the creative part of developing a visual identity for the brand, and the finished product had their team beaming from ear-to-ear and gasping ‘that’s it’ – a kind of moment we live for as a design agency.
